Job Summary
Senior Product Analyst on a contract engagement focused on clinical workflow optimization and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities include installation and integration of clinical electronic health record and health information system components, advising clients on optimal workflows and system functions, assimilating client feedback to drive process improvement and culture change, and developing documentation and training materials. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or in teams, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and coaching on project deliverables. The candidate will lead in communicating requirements to development, testing, education, and training teams and contribute to strategic planning and lessons learned. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and the ability to learn new technologies and methods.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Product Analyst role with experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Must have experience with dictionary build
- Experience working with Pharmacy and Surgical modules preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate to expert ability to work in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Power Point
- Must have strong documentation skills, organizational skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally
- Creates deliverables independently
- Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables
- Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
