Job Summary

Lead end-to-end production for medium- to high-priority promotional shoots across video, digital, social, and photography, overseeing pre-production planning, technical scouts, legal, talent, EHS clearances, on-set execution, and final asset delivery. Collaborate with internal creative teams, production companies, and show production to assess requirements, source vendors, and manage service providers while negotiating budgets exceeding $200K. Serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, press, and talent to ensure seamless project coordination on time and within budget, maintaining compliance with NBCUniversal's health, safety, and legal protocols. Mentor associate producers and production coordinators, providing strategic guidance on operational execution and structured problem-solving. Manage vendor onboarding, payroll administration, and post-production asset ingest. Requires five years of experience in production management, extensive travel, and hybrid work (minimum four days in-office).

Required Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Minimum five years of experience as a line producer, agency producer, or in a similar role, with responsibility for managing project budgets exceeding $200K
  • Working knowledge of shoot budgeting using AICP and standard commercial production formats
  • Demonstrated knowledge of on-set production rules, requirements, and best practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IATSE, SAG-AFTRA, and DGA contracts, rules, and requirements
  • Experience working with celebrity and non-celebrity talent, as well as talent agents, managers, and publicists
  • Knowledge of leading-edge video production technologies, including current camera systems, equipment, technical specifications, and post-production workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, and production budgeting software
  • Prior experience at an advertising agency, production company, television network, or streaming platform
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime and/or on weekends, as necessary, with short notice
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week
