Job Summary
Sr. Procurement Program Manager at Intermedia leads procurement activities for global operations, overseeing nearly $200M in annual spend. Responsibilities include developing commodity strategies, supplier selection and management, contract negotiations (including MSAs and SOWs), purchase order management, and spend reporting. The role involves working with Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Facilities to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services, leading RFI/RFP initiatives, and utilizing systems such as Coupa, Power BI, Atlassian, ServiceNow, and AI models to optimize procurement processes. The position reports to the Senior Director of Procurement and requires coordinating with senior stakeholders to document business and procurement requirements, reconcile invoices to contracts, and drive cost savings and process improvements across internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience negotiating and executing contracts in partnership with legal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration across diverse groups
- Experience applying AI and machine learning to procurement workflows
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and contractual skills
- Strong time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel with large data sets, PowerPoint, Outlook)
