Job Summary
Senior Procurement Operations Manager at Sila Services, located in King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office). Key role leading design, build, and scaling of procurement operations across direct/indirect spend, owning Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and deploying Coupa across operating units. Partners with Operations, Finance, AP, and field leadership to standardize workflows, improve spend visibility, and drive adoption of procurement tools and policies in a decentralized model. Responsibilities include end-to-end procurement process design, P2P ownership, Coupa deployment and administration, supplier catalog management, spend control, KPI creation, dashboards, cross-functional leadership, and change management. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8+ years in procurement or P2P with Coupa experience; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in procurement operations, P2P, or supply chain roles
- Proven experience designing and implementing procurement processes in a multi-location or decentralized organization
- Hands-on experience with procurement or Procure-to-Pay systems (Coupa strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows, Accounts Payable integration, and working capital drivers
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, system adoption, and cross-functional alignment
