Sr. Process Transformation Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Job Summary
Transform business processes and deliver self-service BI dashboards for GPSC by automating data workflows, combining structured and unstructured data sources, and providing actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics stakeholders to identify opportunities, document requirements, and drive modernization projects from requirements through user acceptance. Build and automate datasets using SQL, Python, KNIME, and ETL/ETL-like workflows; create dashboards and reports in Power BI and Power Automate; enable the business to understand data fields and logic and promote continuous improvement. Familiarity with agentic AI and large language model applications is preferred; experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM, or SAP FI knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, engineering, computer science, operations management, supply chain or related field
- Demonstrated ability to use Power BI to build customer-facing deliverables
- Experience extracting large datasets using SQL
- Working knowledge of ETL best practices and experience transforming data with Python, Power Query, KNIME or similar tools
