Sr. Process Owner, Transportation

Job Summary

Maintain subprocess-level SOPs, controls, and standard work while supporting testing, documentation updates, and training activities. Assist with routing data accuracy, sequencing logic, and dispatch workflows, conducting periodic performance checks and supporting audits. Partner with site teams to gather insights, identify improvement opportunities, and support the deployment of new tools, equipment, and process enhancements. Manage day-to-day governance and development of specific transport subprocesses including routing setup, load planning, and sequencing logic.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics
  • Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations
  • Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions
  • Lean/6-Sigma certification
  • Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Information Search and analysis & problem resolution skills
  • Understanding others, Team Leadership and Developing People
  • Influencing and building relationships, Motivating and Inspiring, Communicating effectively
  • Delivering business results under pressure, Championing Performance Improvement and Customer Focus
