Job Summary
Lead process integration for RFID semiconductor manufacturing from development to mass production. Execute process optimization projects and design/manage experiments to optimize process flows for new and existing products. Analyze process, test, yield, and product performance data to drive continuous improvements. Collaborate with silicon process engineers for process development; define experiments and test methods. Manage reliability and failure analysis tests to evaluate impact on products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- minimum 5 years of related semiconductor process experience
- Demonstrated experience with semiconductor process flows including backend, WLCSP, dicing, and advanced packaging technologies
- Applied knowledge of material science and device physics as relates to semiconductor failure mechanisms and process development
- Hands-on failure analysis experience using SEM, TEM, FIB, ion milling, AFM, and related tools
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and present findings to engineering and cross-functional teams
- Experience designing and executing DOEs, applying statistical process control, and performing yield analysis to drive process improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis and automation using JMP, Minitab, Python, or MATLAB
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and 8D methodologies with experience applying them to manufacturing or process challenges
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally as business needs require
