Sr Process Engineer

Partner with site leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with the Site Roadmap. Lead continuous improvement projects using problem-solving techniques to simplify processes, close performance gaps, and drive measurable results. Develop, maintain, and enhance labor standards and productivity systems while conducting studies and coaching teams to optimize workforce performance. Analyze, document, and standardize distribution methods to ensure best practices are shared and consistently applied across all sites. Serve as the local engineering subject matter expert, providing data-driven recommendations and guiding teams to achieve high performance. Oversee site capital projects from technology assessment and business case development through implementation and benefit realization. Actively contribute to site leadership, assist with budgeting and resource planning, and ensure process improvements are integrated into future plans. This onsite role requires daily work from the Ontario Fulfillment Center with 15-25% travel to support multiple sites.
