Job Summary
Sr. Process Engineer in Topeka, KS leading safety, quality, and productivity improvements. Responsibilities include leading commissioning, qualification & verification for new projects; fostering problem-solving to build a high-performance team; gaining in-depth process knowledge to support the line; implementing CI methodologies and coaching root-cause analysis and loss elimination; ensuring accurate data collection in Proficy to drive decisions; aligning initiatives with the plant master plan and long-term vision; identifying and implementing new technologies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred), 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering, ability to learn technical processes, strong problem-solving skills with formal methodologies; plus experience in food manufacturing and project management as a plus.
