Sr Process Engineer

Study functional statements, organization charts, and project information to identify worker functions, areas of duplication, and efficient utilization of equipment. Promote and utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and Operational Excellence tools to lead process improvement projects, analyze operational data, and recommend methods for reducing waste and material costs. Optimize manufacturing processes by restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflows, and relocating work stations. Confers with management to implement plans, develops management systems for cost analysis and job evaluation, performs ergonomic studies, and maintains departmental job procedures. Submit new products for testing, track pertinent data, and distribute management reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of Process Engineering experience; overtime is required as needed.
