Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer to lead design and execution of turnkey sanitary processing systems (multi-skid processing lines, CIP/SIP and aseptic systems) for the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors. Serve as technical leader and SME, mentor engineers, and interface with clients. Own full project lifecycle from concept through commissioning; approve PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering deliverables; perform advanced process calculations and ensure systems meet performance, cost, and schedule targets. Lead customer technical discussions, support proposals and design reviews, participate in risk assessments, and drive compliance with FDA, cGMP, 3-A, and ASME BPE. Focus on standardization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Travel 20–40% (client meetings, design reviews, FAT oversight, commissioning). Relocation available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
- 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience delivering turnkey skid/tank systems
- Deep knowledge of sanitary design, CIP/SIP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing capabilities
- Willingness to travel 20–40%
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
