Sr Process Engineer

Develop and maintain robust, cost-efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean practices. Implement best practice methods to reduce variation by identifying sources of impact on high-volume manufacturing. Lead continuous improvement using lean methodologies to eliminate waste and facilitate kaizen events, including Value Stream Mapping. Partner with the facility team to compose and execute Capital Expense Requests with payback and net present value analysis. Collaborate with Product Development and Quality Engineering to lead design for manufacturability reviews for new product introductions. Serve as a mentor to other engineers, guiding efforts on machine uptime, equipment troubleshooting, tooling selection, and operational documentation. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of process engineering experience.
