Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer, Delivery role focusing on enabling on-time delivery of high-performance, high-quality parts through process tuning and optimization of Stack Forging processes (including laser cutting, metal-metal bonding, and surface preparation), hands-on troubleshooting on the production floor, and leading NPIs to integrate new solutions into active customer projects. You will act as the voice of the production floor, identify long-term process improvements, analyze data, and communicate trade-offs to internal teams and external customers. Required to work largely on-site with a strong emphasis on manufacturing execution, data-driven decision making, and proficiency in CAD (Onshape) and Python for data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5–7 years of professional experience, or a PhD with 3+ years of experience
- Experience with laser cutting, metallurgy, or statistical data analysis
- Manufacturing background with experience in casting, machining, sheet metal forming or brazing
- Strong communication and ability to articulate technical trade-offs
- Proficiency with CAD (Onshape preferred) and Python for data analysis
