Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer – Packaging position focuses on designing vertically integrated packaging equipment solutions across PET, canning, and cartons for Niagara’s beverage products. Lead packaging line process design to meet current and future packaging needs, research emerging technologies, develop CapEx justifications including ROI analyses, initiate RFQs, collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams, support equipment installation and commissioning, drive process improvements and cost savings, and perform root-cause investigations. Requires strong knowledge of beverage packaging formats, familiarity with major OEM packaging equipment, capability in CAD tools, understanding of OEE and qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), and proven project-management and mentorship abilities. Travel 15–20% requested. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Advanced degree preferred. Compensation range approximately $111,766.36–$159,267.07 per year; benefits and full-time status described.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years – Experience in Beverage processing or manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Engineering Project Management
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field
- Travel: 15–20% (domestic and international)
