Job Summary
Sr. Process Development Engineer to manage engineering functions and lead cross-functional teams in process development for manufacturing of medical devices. Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes, identifies and corrects manufacturing process nonconformances identified during prototype builds, and develops new process technologies. Provides technical guidance, plans and develops engineering projects with high impact, procures appropriate process equipment, and maintains liaison across the organization. Requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s strongly preferred), and strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities, with emphasis on FDA/QMS compliance and quality objectives. Salary range $114,675-$168,190; comprehensive benefits; remote-eligible with location in Minneapolis, MN (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead team activities
- Strong communication, presentation, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Specialized knowledge in computer skills and advanced word-processing/spreadsheet skills
- Experience in manufacturing process development and quality/regulatory environments (FDA/QMS)
