Job Summary
Senior Process and Quality Engineer responsible for developing CNC machining processes, applying 6-Sigma/DOE/A3/5-Why, GD&T, and PFMEA; defines machine specs, runoff, and installation for capital CNC equipment; analyzes and improves tooling, inspection processes, and CMM programs; maintains process monitoring and supports SQDIP metrics; collaborates on Opex initiatives; requires 10+ years in precision machining, Lean/DMAIC, and English proficiency; located on-site at Monterrey area facility (Monterrey/Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico).
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years in Precision machining and programming (roughing, milling, finishing)
- Advanced CNC programming and tool design knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, GD&T, Minitab, TPM, AutoCAD
- Strong mentoring and team leadership
- Proficient in English
