Required Qualifications
- 7+ years working as Process Analyst or as a Business Process Manager
- Experience supporting projects/programs related to application consolidation or legacy modernization
- Experience working in an HR environment or having functional knowledge of HR activities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong coordination skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Solid Microsoft Office suite skills to include Visio
- Ability to maintain Public Trust
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HHS programs such as CMS, NIH, HRSA, or ACF
- Knowledge of federal regulations, compliance standards, and performance metrics
- Experience supporting Agile or SDLC projects, including requirements gathering and workflow analysis
- Familiarity with process automation tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or workflow management systems
- Certifications such as CBPA, Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP
