Job Summary
Senior Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead to oversee execution of strategic programs and projects within ASM/VM towers. Lead a team of project managers and matrixed staff, negotiate with senior leaders, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment of program outcomes with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include change and risk management, financial oversight and budgeting, staff management and development, and ongoing communication with executive stakeholders. Requires extensive experience in cybersecurity, regulatory or audit-related projects, and familiarity with enterprise-wide initiatives and software delivery lifecycle methodologies. Degrees: a college/university degree is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus; PMP certification is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of direct program and project experience
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Regulatory, or Audit-related projects
- Experience leading compliance or remediation programs related to Attack Surface Management and/or Vulnerability Management
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within a leadership role
- Superior communication skills — verbal and written
- Initiative and proactive problem solving
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Delivery mindset with bias for action, curiosity to learn, and process improvement
- Analytical skills with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Financial management experience overseeing program budgets typically between $5M and $20M
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
