Job Summary
Source and procure complex, specialized goods and services; own subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration and closeout; ensure FAR/DFARS compliance; coordinate with legal, contracts, finance, planning, operations, program management, engineering, and quality; monitor and manage supplier performance throughout the subcontract lifecycle; drive cost reduction, efficiency, and risk management through negotiations; utilize Lean Six Sigma tools with suppliers; strong written and verbal communication; travel up to 25%; onsite in El Segundo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years' experience, or Master’s degree with at least 6 years' experience, or 12 years' experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in Subcontracts, Contracts, Proposal Price/Cost Analysis, Procurement, Program/Project management, Advanced Planning or Strategic Sourcing
- Experience with SAP/ MRPs or related software
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
