Sr Principal - ServiceNow Product Owner

Lead end-to-end product management of the ServiceNow platform, defining the multi-year roadmap and translating enterprise priorities into a cohesive strategy across ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, and AI-enabled modules. Establish and enforce platform governance models, including design authority and architecture guardrails, while driving adoption of automation-first principles. Own the strategic relationship with ServiceNow and implementation partners, managing vendor performance through quarterly reviews and KPI tracking. Define the AI/GenAI capabilities roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases for virtual agents and predictive intelligence, and establish governance for responsible AI usage. Manage platform Total Cost of Ownership, execute cost optimization strategies, and govern data strategy to ensure CMDB maturity and data-driven decision-making. Partner with engineering, operations, and risk teams to ensure resiliency and scalability.
