Job Summary
Sr. Principal, Quality Engineering Architect to lead AI-first automation strategy and design scalable, enterprise-grade automation frameworks that embed AI into CI/CD and DevOps for autonomous testing. Responsibilities include architecting AI-enabled test automation, building self-healing and predictive automation, driving observability-driven quality practices, mentoring teams, establishing standards, and leveraging Generative AI and MLOps to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release velocity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong expertise in designing AI-driven test automation architectures for UI, API, data, and microservices
- Experience leveraging Generative AI (LLMs) for automated test case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts including model validation, bias detection, and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript for AI and automation development
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines for intelligent quality gates and predictive feedback
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and services (Azure, AWS, GCP) including Docker and Kubernetes
- Capability to design and implement data-driven testing strategies using analytics and historical defect patterns
- MLOps and DevOps practices
- Observability-driven quality frameworks (logs, metrics, traces)
- Mentor and lead AI-driven quality transformation
- Experience testing AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, drift detection, and explainability validation
