Job Summary
Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management. Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Manage the risk process and articulate risk management concepts using RIO frameworks. Present risk data to upper-level management and identify/mitigate risks across functional organizations. Requires Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience, and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications. Located in Merritt Island, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with multiple functional organizations (Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, etc.) to identify and mitigate risks at early stages
- Experience using RIO (Risk in Opportunity) frameworks
- Experience Running reviews and keeping risk data current, accurate and decision ready
- Experience using advance Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and analyzing large data sets)
- Experience articulating and presenting risk management concepts
- Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
- Experience with program integration and risk management
- Experience presenting to upper-level management
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience using risk management tools and dashboards (or similar systems)
