Job Summary
Sr Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst onsite in Melbourne, FL. Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives; ensures major projects and schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality; tracks plans, performs risk analysis, and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts; utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other PM techniques to gauge progress and identify variances for focused intervention. Requires a Bachelor's/Master's/Associate/HS diploma with related experience as outlined, EVMS experience, and ability to obtain Secret Clearance; travel about 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Master's Degree with 6 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Associate's Degree with 10 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) related to aerospace and defense requirements
- Schedule Management Experience on government defense contracts
- MS Project Experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret Clearance
