Job Summary
Define and drive the hardware strategy for the OCI Dedicated Cloud portfolio, including Dedicated Region, Oracle Alloy, and Isolated Region, and shape product strategy for infrastructure platforms. Collaborate with service teams, hardware engineering, capacity planning, data center engineering, networking, security, finance, sales, and operations to ensure hardware capabilities align with customer demand, roadmap needs, deployment economics, and Oracle’s go-to-market strategy. Evaluate hardware requirements from customers and stakeholders, determine the right path forward based on business value, technical feasibility, cost, and operational complexity, and translate customer needs into clear product direction, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing product strategy for complex infrastructure or cloud platforms
- Ability to translate ambiguous market and customer needs into clear product direction, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working with senior executives, engineering leaders, sales teams, and customers
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (hardware engineering, capacity planning, data center engineering, networking, security, finance, sales, operations)
- Strong technical judgment and understanding of hardware requirements for infrastructure—compute, GPU, storage, networking, rack-scale designs
- Experience with hyperconverged or cloud platform hardware
- Proven track record in shaping commercial packaging and go-to-market strategies for hardware-enabled cloud portfolios
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, technically complex environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
