Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of packaging projects for Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Cost Savings, and New Product Introductions across domestic and international manufacturing facilities. Develop protocols for testing, engage in Change Control activities with suppliers, and create material specifications and procedural drawings. Study and recommend techniques to improve existing processes or reduce costs, while applying engineering tools to solve straightforward packaging problems. Manage moderate complexity projects with multiple priorities and step into the role of Packaging Manager as required. This position supports Vantive's mission to extend lives through advanced dialysis innovations, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and continuity of supply for lifesaving products.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience or training with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in packaging materials and processes
- some exposure to problem analysis and resolution

- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Packaging or other relevant Engineering degree(e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical)
- 6-8 years of experience working in the packaging field, engineering or similar field
