Job Summary
Develop and execute long-range technology roadmaps for advanced MEMS photolithography processes, leading research on next-generation lithographic technologies for probe card applications. Drive innovation through invention disclosures, patent generation, and the evaluation of techniques including Two-Photon Polymerization and Direct Laser Writing. Lead complex Design of Experiments initiatives to optimize advanced lithography processes, establish process windows, and define metrology requirements for high-resolution MEMS features. Perform root cause investigations for complex lithography challenges using advanced characterization techniques like SEM and FIB, applying first-principles engineering to solve novel technical issues. Collaborate across R&D, product design, and manufacturing teams to enable successful technology development, while mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards. Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in photolithography to influence critical engineering initiatives and support FormFactor's long-term technology differentiation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years and a Master's degree
