Job Summary
Senior HR leader for Manufacturing and Operations responsible for defining and driving enterprise HR strategy across manufacturing/launch environments, aligning HR practices with production objectives and site-specific culture, partnering with Operations leadership to optimize workforce strategy, and serving as the central point of coordination for hourly workforce HR across programs and sites (supporting ~6,000 employees). The role emphasizes influencing senior leaders without direct authority, cross-program collaboration, and development of site-based HR strategies to ensure consistent HR practices, technician engagement, and risk mitigation in production-driven environments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operations organizations
- Demonstrated experience working with large hourly workforces in production environments
- Strong expertise in employee relations, labor strategy / union avoidance, workforce planning in manufacturing settings
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments preferred
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-site organizations with diverse workforce needs
- Leadership characteristics including high judgment and business acumen
