Job Summary
Sr. Principal EW Technical Responsible Engineer to lead integration and test of Electronic Warfare systems across lab, test bed, and flight-test environments. Responsibilities include development and validation of test procedures, system verification, and ensuring progression through program milestones; collaborate on system requirements development, flow-down, subsystem integration, and performance verification; lead or support integration and test activities in lab and field environments; demonstrate strong knowledge of RF spectrum operations, antenna systems, and multi-sensor integration; communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders; coordinate with suppliers and support contract execution; travel up to 25% and work on-site in Melbourne, FL; active Secret clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of related engineering experience OR Master’s degree in STEM with 6 years OR PhD in STEM with 4 years
- Active US Government Secret Clearance
- Ability and willingness to pass and maintain FAA Class 3 flight physical
- Ability and willingness to support onboard subsystem testing in a flying test bed
- Full-time on-site work in Melbourne, FL; no remote/hybrid arrangement
