Job Summary
Senior Principal Engineer Supplier Quality responsible for leading supplier quality evaluation and control systems, ensuring contractual/regulatory/technical compliance, directing root-cause analysis, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating cross-functional supplier programs in DoD contracting environments. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, travel up to 50%, and the ability to manage supplier engagements, audits, and QA activities across the program lifecycle in Linthicum, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Quality or Supply Chain
- Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 requirements
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the Time
- Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship required
