Job Summary
Senior Principal Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration in a financial services environment, focused on end-to-end GRC/IRM solutions. Responsibilities include hands-on design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, delivering end-to-end GRC/RCM workflows (data modeling, taxonomy, traceability, regulatory change, Compliance Testing, Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring), driving integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, ensuring scalable, secure architecture, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into designs, operating within a 2-week Agile sprint cycle using Azure DevOps, guiding data lineage and regulatory reporting, mentoring junior engineers across geographies, and contributing to AI initiatives within GRC platforms. Required qualifications include 15+ years in software/platform engineering, extensive ServiceNow experience, Agile delivery experience, and strong data governance/security/compliance knowledge. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience (configuration, customization, integration)
- IRM/GRC modules in ServiceNow
- Requirements assessment and solution design
- Delivery of solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Experience in Agile environments (2-week sprints)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar SDLC tools
- Strong understanding of data governance (lineage, controls) and security/compliance considerations
- Ability to work in a global, distributed team model
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
