Job Summary
Lead site operation support, capital project execution, and commissioning & qualification for Instrumentation and Control Hardware. Translate technical concepts for executive audiences and non-technical stakeholders while developing automation project plans and defining maintenance strategies. Technically lead the work of Site Area leads and System Integrators to resolve complex challenges with DeltaV DCS, Rockwell PLCs, and control loop tuning. Maintain the validated state of control system hardware in line with GMP processes and 21CFR Part 11, executing validation strategies and documentation. Mentor the process control team to strengthen technical capabilities and adopt best practices for system reliability. Provide periodic status updates to Leadership and Project Management while promoting automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Available to participate in a rotational on-call schedule. Startup expected 2026 to 2028.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B.S. in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years working experience in Pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment
- Experience working in highly automated facility, using DeltaV DCS, Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC, Veeva, PI, and/or BMS Warehouse Monitoring from design through Startup
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, computer system validation
- Available to participate in a rotational on-call schedule
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
