Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated customer communications plans to support business development priorities across the enterprise. Translate strategies into tailored communication approaches for specific customer communities by researching organizations, decision makers, and mission priorities. Monitor industry developments, policy changes, and feedback to summarize insights and flag risks for stakeholders. Partner with sector communicators and business development teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with corporate positioning. Build strong relationships with government relations and functional partners while serving as a trusted point of contact for assigned CRT portfolios. Oversee the creation of high-visibility engagement materials, including briefing packages and executive decks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Northrop Grumman standards. Coordinate with trade show representatives and media teams to support customer engagement objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in Communications or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Proven success developing and executing integrated communications strategies
- Experience leading complex, business-driven communications projects and collaborating across matrixed environments
- Executive-level writing and advising skills, with a systems-level mindset
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience partnering with senior leadership teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be able to be granted an SCI security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization
- U.S. Government experience
- Experience in technology, aerospace, defense or other science-related business or government field
- Sound judgment in decision making and leadership actions with proven abilities to drive change through creative methods, ideas and approaches
