Sr Principal Creator Content Specialist

Lead as the senior in-house creator content authority on Medtronic’s Corporate Content & Creative team, translating enterprise storytelling priorities into creator-style content across owned and emerging channels (with a focus on short-form video). Own end-to-end content creation—from concept, scripting, filming, to editing—while hosting/interviewing as an on-camera storyteller to humanize the brand for patients, caregivers, and consumers. Leverage AI to scale ideation, production, and adaptation, and coach others to elevate digital content capability across the organization. Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audience-first storytelling, adapting to evolving platforms and formats. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in content creation, media, journalism, and/or brand storytelling (or an advanced degree with 8+ years). Locality is Minneapolis, MN, USA; onsite at Medtronic OHQ. For U.S. work authorization sponsorship, eligibility is limited to Principal-level roles and above.
