Job Summary
Lead strategic, cross-functional programs to govern and enable third-party technology across Oracle products and services. Drive scalable processes and tooling for areas such as third-party approvals, code scanning, software bills of materials, AI tracking, and contract workflows. Partner with engineers, legal, security, and product teams to support compliant, practical adoption of open source, AI, APIs, cloud services, data and other third-party technologies. Review inbound commercial agreements, third-party software/services, source code access, data use, and AI-related use cases. Identify risk, close compliance gaps, and create durable frameworks balancing innovation with security, licensing, IP, and business considerations. Shape and communicate policy to enable consistent adoption across a large, fast-moving organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, product management, business operations, or a related field
- Strong ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience partnering across engineering, product, legal, security, and business teams
- Experience reviewing and guiding inbound third-party contracts, source code access, data use, and AI-related use cases
- Ability to identify risk, close compliance gaps, and create durable frameworks balancing innovation with security, licensing, IP, and business considerations
- Ability to shape and communicate policy across a large organization
