Job Summary
Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production on high-visibility programs; interfaces with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance; brief leadership on progress; require active Secret clearance and SAP clearance; location Linthicum, MD; 10% travel; relocation may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 8 years of industry experience, or master’s degree and 6 years industry experience (with a BS in STEM). An additional 4 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance to start.
- Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and obtain and maintain an SAP clearance for continued employment.

- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
