Sr. Practice Ops Manager, Bethlehem ENT & Allergy

Senior Manager, Practice Operations leads and manages the operations of assigned medical practices to ensure efficient clinical and administrative workflows, a high-quality patient experience aligned with SLPG standards, and an engaged practice operations team. Responsibilities include end-to-end employee lifecycle management for direct reports (hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, recognition), ensuring operational readiness (scheduling, supply inventory, equipment, maintenance, daily huddles, time management systems, licensing), managing workflow execution and collaboration withBilling/Coding, Facilities, Access Center, POD, and other departments, serving as escalation point for operational, technological, patient, and personnel issues, driving financial performance through prudent expense management and resource utilization, and using organizational tools to monitor performance (volume, patient satisfaction, productivity, quality) and implement improvement strategies with multidisciplinary teams. May supervise Practice Operations Coordinators and Clinical Coordinators to support oversight of workflows and processes, and ensure adherence to policies and SLPG governance. The role requires strong business acumen, communication skills, leadership presence/EQ, a patient/customer service focus, and a track record of delivering service excellence.
