Sr Power Generation Central Maintenance Specialist

Direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance with direct accountability for safety, environment, quality, schedule, and cost. Streamline activities through lean maintenance techniques and standardized processes while developing leadership skills for internal employee development and performance management. Lead cost and schedule functions in accordance with corporate financial policies and work closely with Supervisors and Contract Coordinators to develop complex execution plans. This role involves approximately 40% travel to support the fleet, with a requirement for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in the field.
