Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps while building complex Power Automate workflows with approvals and error handling. Create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs, then integrate these solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SAP, Snowflake, and REST APIs. Manage ALM using deployment pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. Gather requirements, prepare design documents, conduct demos, and communicate with clients. Lead and mentor development teams, assign tasks, perform code reviews, and support project delivery. Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development
- Enterprise Power Apps development experience
- Strong Power Automate and Power BI expertise
- Experience integrating SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel
- Experience with governance, ALM, and Agile delivery
- Excellent client communication and requirement gathering
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
