Job Summary
Create asset close out transactions for terminated assets and audit aging invoice logs to follow up on past due payments. Process payment notices from the AR department, verify termination dates for auction site sales, and run monthly reports on credit memos and suspended units. Create debit/credit memos as needed, process payments to investors and vendors for payoff schedules, and assist Account Managers with sales, buyouts, and early terminations. Provide backup support when out of office and handle immediate email and phone inquiries. This role supports the Manager - Portfolio Management for the Truck Remarketing department, ensuring timely asset processing and financial accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least five (5) years in a business environment, ideally financial services
- Above average computer and math skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and organizational skills
- Extremely detail oriented and thorough in completing tasks
- Must possess above average computer and math skills
