Job Summary
Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for analyzing and benchmarking customer projects and program portfolios, facilitating lessons learned and continuous improvement, and developing cross-BU global guidelines, processes, methods and tools for portfolio, program and project management in collaboration with HQ and internal stakeholders. Role involves analyzing global/regional portfolios against standardized performance indicators, guiding senior management in reporting, supporting program/project managers with project management tools, aiding integrated planning across functions, supporting SteerCo meetings, and promoting a safety culture within customer projects. The position requires experience in cross-functional planning, SAP familiarity (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC), strong communication with senior management, and a proactive, collaborative mindset across APAC, EMEA and NALA regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 7 years in customer project execution for power generations or 11 years of experience in customer project execution for power generation
- Proven knowledge in Portfolio / Program / Project Management (e.g. IPMA or PMI certification)
- Proven knowledge in process management and in KPI systems
