Sr. Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
Sr. Portfolio Manager responsible for analyzing and benchmarking customer projects and programs, developing cross-BU global portfolio/program/project management guidelines, and facilitating lessons learned. Works with HQ to implement cross-unit guidelines, supports integrated planning and reporting, guides senior management on project-management tools, and promotes a safety culture across customer projects. Requires experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC), EPC domain knowledge, KPI systems, and effective communication with diverse senior stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and NALA; ability to collaborate with sales and execution teams and to drive cross-functional improvements across global portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 7 years in customer project execution for power generations or 11 years in customer project execution for power generation
- Proven knowledge in Portfolio / Program / Project Management (e.g. IPMA or PMI certification)
- Proven knowledge in process management and in KPI systems
