Job Summary
Senior Portfolio Manager at FirstBank leads and grows loan portfolios in collaboration with Relationship Managers, performing advanced credit and financial analysis, designing portfolio construction, and driving profitability. The role independently assesses risk, analyzes financial statements, monitors loan commitments and maturities, supports client relationships, prepares reports for board approval, and ensures compliance with bank policies and industry standards. The PM team may be led or mentored, and the role involves representing the RM/PM function in internal and client meetings to promote asset quality and portfolio growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field preferred
- Experience in banking portfolio management required
