Job Summary
Maintain, repair, modify, renovate, and construct plumbing distribution, fixtures, steam distribution, and heating systems. Conduct all required inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, and personnel training. Formulate budget requests while adhering to NFPA 25, 70, 72, 99, 110, and applicable State and Local healthcare codes. Requires a Journeyman or Georgia State Masters Plumbing License, five years of plumbing experience, and Backflow Certification. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience as a plumber
- Journeyman or Georgia State Masters Plumbing License (Non-Restricted or Restricted)
- Backflow Certification through one of the following agencies or organizations: American Society of Sanitary Engineers (ASSE), American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA), Georgia Association of Water Professionals, or Training, Research, Education, Environmental Occupation (TREEO from University of Florida)
- Valid Georgia driver's license
