Job Summary
Discuss control logic requirements with client engineering teams and prepare logic diagrams for DC cooling equipment. Program PLC logic primarily on Siemens Smart and 1200 platforms, then debug using simulators and manufactured products. Lead factory witness tests for data center projects and provide remote or on-site support for control logic issues. Organize control logic versions, covering standard updates and customized records. This role requires strong PLC programming skills, familiarity with data center SOO procedures, and experience with hyperscale clients. Required Qualifications
- Responsible for PLC control engineering for data center application, including DC cooling equipment logic diagram, control logic programming, debugging, data center project factory witness test and on-site support
- Discuss the control logic requirements of specific equipment with client side control engineering team
- Responsible for preparing control logic diagrams according to DC cooling equipment control requirements
- Responsible for PLC control logic programming, mainly on Simens PLC (Smart & 1200)
- Responsible for logic debugging with simulator, and at manufactured product
- Responsible for data center project FWT (factory witness test), control part
- Provide remote or on-site support of DC product control logic
- Well organize control logic version of DC cooling equipment, covering both standard version updates and customized version logic record
- Effectively guide the work of other control engineers
- Strong capability on PLC control programming and debugging, mainly on HVAC or DC cooling products
- Familiar with data center cooling products SOO (sequence of operation)
- Familiar with data center project FWT (factory witness test) procedure
- Familiar with typical PLC controller, Simens PLC is most preferred, experience of Carel PLC or Schneider PLC could also get considered
- Excellent concept of ensuring product operation quality based on control logic
- Good communication of English both in spoken and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skill inside and outside
- On-Site (5 days)

- experience on projects for hyperscale high tech company is preferred (Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Equinix, NTT Docomo, Air Trunk, etc.)
