Job Summary
Conduct blameless post-mortems and use SLIs/SLOs to measure and improve system health while implementing comprehensive logging, tracing, and metrics with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog. Build and deploy self-service tools and resilient systems that enable engineering teams to scale services with minimal friction, applying SRE principles like automation and error budgets to ensure platform stability. Mentor junior engineers and evangelize best practices for cloud-native development across the organization. This role applies SRE principles to ensure the platform is fast and rock-solid.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles
- Deep proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Rust for building platform tooling
- Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, Istio, etc.)
- A product-first approach to infrastructure; you care as much about the developer experience as you do about uptime
