Partner with security and cross-functional teams to embed reliability, cost-awareness, and shift-left security into CI/CD workflows. Mentor engineers by sharing patterns and best practices while collaborating with principal architects to design platform direction.

  • Strong experience with collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, GitHub)
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy)
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems rather than manually operating them

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Enablement-first approach to system design with regards to security & reliability as default systems attributes
  • Bias toward automation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
