Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer to lead thermoforming process development and scale-up—from concept through full-scale production. Own equipment performance, process capability, and troubleshooting; improve cycle time, yield, scrap, and reliability; support new product launches and process validation; partner with tooling, operations, and quality teams; drive continuous improvement initiatives on manufacturing processes and equipment on-site in Leola, PA or Mason, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, or similar processes
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, and CI tools
- Ability to analyze equipment, materials, and process variation
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and specs
- Senior: Bachelor’s + 6+ years (or Associate’s + 12+ years); Mid/Associate levels also considered
