Job Summary
Senior Plant Accountant responsible for ensuring the integrity of the plant's financial records and providing comprehensive accounting support. Key duties include cash management, bank reconciliations, and processing AP/AR; preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports; supporting annual audits and tax processes; managing fixed asset records and depreciation; collaborating with the Controller to interpret financial results; and maintaining strong financial controls in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (CMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications

- CPA preferred
