Sr. Planning Analyst

Job Summary
This Sr. Planning Analyst role coordinates sourcing and evaluation of development projects, consolidates input into an executable business plan, maintains development schedules and GIS data, and performs data-management and analytic tasks to support the integrated planning process. Responsibilities include coordinating with petro-technical team members and other analysts, gathering input from field personnel, identifying opportunities to mitigate operational and logistical risks, creating reporting tools, and ensuring data integrity and accessibility. The role requires strong communication across office and field personnel, knowledge of oil and gas operations and development planning, and the ability to build analytical tools using standard industry and corporate software. Travel between the Spring, TX corporate office and the Oklahoma City operations office for cross-training is possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - Engineering Technology, Math, Science, or related field
- Minimum: 5 - 8 years related work experience
