Job Summary
Sr. Planner responsible for coordinating and optimizing manufacturing planning activities in Mexicali. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills, be self-starting and data-driven, and drive timely, solution-focused decisions. Ideal candidate will leverage English and Spanish fluency, MS Office (especially PowerPoint), and a background in production control or MRP to improve efficiency and meet business objectives. Desirable familiarity with APICS CPIM/CSCP is noted but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or supply chain
- At least 5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing operation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write and speak)
- Proficiency in MS Office Software – advanced PowerPoint skills
- Desirable: APICS CPIM or CSCP (not required)
